Flexibility training helps to improve the range of motion of your joints and muscles and It decreases your risk of injury and recovery time after a workout or even an injury. When your muscles are flexible, you are less likely to become injured during physical activity, plus reduces muscle soreness. Your coach will use multiple stretching techniques to help develop a greater range of motion. Some strength is included to help you develop strength with your newfound range of motion. You have the option of booking a training one on one or with a friend.
